Are the costs for your wedding adding up and are things starting to look scary for you?? If so, we invite you to take part in our payment plan program. We’ve been offering this type of payment option for some time, but not many people know about it. So, attention all – you can pay for your order in three payments over two months if you prefer. Please be advised there is a 5% surcharge added to all payment plan orders and rush orders are not able to use the payment plan method. Here are the details…
1. Place your order via our handy form on our website and choose the payment plan option under the payment options.
2. Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent a contract detailing your order along with payment terms and due dates. You will print out this form, fill in your credit card information, sign it, and fax it back to us. One important detail to keep in mind is that all payment plan orders have a 5% surcharge added to them and you will see this in your contract.
3. Upon payment of the invoice AND the contract, the countdown begins. Your order will be completed within the time frame specified based on that first payment date. This means that if your first payment plan invoice is paid by July 7, 2011, your order will be completed by October 7, 2011 (our three month waiting period). Rush orders are not able to use the payment plan method due to the fact that the payment is spread over time.
5. Within one week of payment AND the contract, you will receive your proof(s). You can make any changes needed at that time.
6. One month from the date of receipt of your first payment, your card will be charged again. If you want us to use a different card, you will need to let us know prior to the date we intend to charge your card.
7. Two months from the date of receipt of your first payment, we will charge your card again. Again, if you would like a different card charged, you must let us know prior to the date we are to charge your card.
It’s that easy. The only thing you have to be sure you do is make sure your credit card can be charged for the amount due on the due date. If the charge does not go through, we will attempt to charge your card one more time after notifying you. If we are still not able to process the charge, your order will be canceled and no money will be refunded.
So, if paying a lump sum up front isn’t the best option for you, we invite you to take part in our payment plan option.
